Hair Heaven x

So I mentioned that I moved in with one of my mates, I failed to mention that she is a hairdresser!

So the other night I was rocking a skin tight black studded mini and wanted a hairstyle that would 'pretty' it up.

She delivered!

I'm pretty sure I want this style if/when I get married, mind you I'd manage to fit a studded headband in there somewhere.

Kate Hudson as Penny Lane in 'Almost Famous'

This week has been quite strange... I keep having people stop and tell me that I resemble one of two people.

The first is 'Penny Lane' Kate Hudson's character in 'Almost Famous'.

Personally I don't see it that much, but I'll welcome it, Almost Famous is in my top 10 favourite movies of all time.

Drew Barrymore in 'Going the Distance'

I find it really bizarre when people randomly tell me I remind them of Drew Barrymore. It is mostly when my hair is curly and I always just took it as a compliment. This weekend the family and I went to see 'Going the Distance' the new Drew movie and for the first time I actually saw the resemblance.

House Hunt x

House warming x

So I've just moved house. I scored a super cute little apartment with a mate which I'm in the process of 'moving into', meaning there are IKEA boxes everywhere and we don't own a table of any kind so we spend our time hanging out on the floor, turkish dining style. But I'm not freaking about our lack of practical furniture, I am more interested in creating a great 'space' in my bedroom so I've been hanging out on the selby crushing on some other peoples 'spaces'.
